How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime directly from the App Store:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  • Tap your name at the top
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Select Orbit and tap Cancel Subscription

You'll still have access until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase, then in Orbit go to Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Restore Purchases. Your premium access will be reactivated automatically.

Is my data safe? Where is it stored?

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and stored securely on our backend. We never sell or share your data with advertisers.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

You can delete your account from inside the app: Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Delete Account. This permanently erases all your data from our servers.

If you can't access the app, email us at support@kenantech.net from your registered email and we'll process it within 7 days.

What's the difference between free and premium?

Free gives you access to all core features β€” habit tracking, journal, finance, calendar, and more β€” with limits on AI features and certain entity counts (e.g., 1 warranty, 1 document, 2 home items, 3 lifetime AI scans).

Premium unlocks unlimited entries, expanded AI usage (meal scan, fitness wizard, math solver, period insights), and removes all gates.

Why aren't my widgets updating?

iOS widgets sync periodically and after app launches. If yours seem stuck:

  • Open Orbit and let it load fully (this triggers a sync)
  • Remove the widget from your home screen and add it back
  • Make sure you're signed in (widgets only show data for logged-in accounts)
How does the AI Meal Scanner work?

Snap a photo of your meal and our AI estimates calories, protein, carbs, fat, and sugar instantly. It works best with clear, well-lit photos where the food is visible.

You can always edit the values manually after the scan. AI estimates are approximations, not exact measurements.

Can I use Orbit without signing in?

Yes β€” tap Continue as Guest on the welcome screen to use Orbit without an account. You'll still get most features, but your data won't sync across devices and you won't be able to use cloud-based AI features.

You can create an account anytime later.

My iOS Shortcut isn't working β€” what should I do?

Shortcuts require you to be signed in with a non-anonymous account. If your shortcut prompts "Please sign in first," open Orbit and sign in with Apple or email.

If the issue persists after signing in, restart the Shortcuts app once.

In which languages is Orbit available?

Orbit is currently available in 6 languages: English, Turkish (TΓΌrkΓ§e), German (Deutsch), Swedish (Svenska), Norwegian (Norsk), and Danish (Dansk).

The app automatically uses your device's language. You can change it manually in Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Language.
